Hi! I’m Jill. A pre- and postnatal trainer, menopause coach and CrossFit coach working in Amsterdam and Zaandam.
Becoming a mother to my energetic three-year-old changed how I see movement, strength and self-care. I now support women through the most transformative stages of life — pregnancy, postpartum and menopause — with thoughtful, safe and empowering training.
My sessions are built around who you are and what your body needs today. Babies are always welcome. My goal is to help you rebuild trust in your body, grow stronger from the inside out, and move with confidence in every phase of motherhood.
